• Access via free trials, credit purchases, or subscription plans.
• Usage scope depends on credits, plan, and technical limitations.

2. User Account

• Provide accurate, up-to-date information during registration.
• You are responsible for account security; avoid sharing passwords.
• Accounts cannot be transferred or sold.

3. Rules of Use

Use the App only for legal and ethical purposes. Prohibited content includes:

• Child exploitation, pornography, or sexual content
• Violence, hate speech, or discrimination
• Unauthorized reproduction of copyrighted materials
• Misleading, harmful, or illegal content

Violations may result in suspension or permanent termination.

4. Subscription and Credit System

• Each image generation consumes credits.
• Buy credits or subscribe (weekly, monthly, yearly).
• Credits/subscriptions are non-refundable except where required by law.
• Subscriptions renew automatically; cancel via App Store / Google Play.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

User Content

• You retain copyright over images you generate.
• You grant Circle a right to use generated images in anonymized form to promote or improve the service.

Our Rights

• Software, design, brand, algorithms, and AI models belong to Kagu Limited Company.
• They may not be copied, sold, or distributed without permission.

6. Disclaimer of Liability

• The service is provided “as is,” without guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free operation.
• Users are responsible for content they generate.
• Circle is not liable for issues arising from third-party services.

7. Account Termination

• Users may delete their account at any time.
• Circle may suspend or terminate accounts for violations.

8. Governing Law and Disputes

• These Terms are subject to applicable laws.
• Disputes will be resolved in the courts of the relevant country.
